WEBSHOP HOLIDAY CLOSURE
Our webshop is closed from Thursday 30th July 2020 until Friday 14th August 2020. All orders placed during this period will be fulfilled on Monday 17th August 2020.
COVID-19 – UPDATE
We are closely monitoring recommendations from the Government to ensure we are operating in the safest, most hygienic way.
Please be reassured that we thrive to fulfill your order within 24h. We have good stock levels and continue receiving deliveries from our partners/producers. We are now offering “1-2 working days” delivery option instead of our usual “next-day” delivery.
In line with current guidelines we are operating as normal, with additional cleaning protocols, therefore all orders are still being dispatched quickly and delivery services are running with no current delays.

TRACKING AN ORDER
At LEKOOD, we know how important it is for you to plan your delivery. With our dedicated tracking page, you are able to follow your order status and the estimated delivery.
All items are shipped from our fulfillment center in Surrey, UK. We strive to ship orders within 24 hours of being placed. Delays may occur due to weather, availability or other circumstances.

*We offer Free Standard Delivery for any order over £120.
The shipping process is as follows**:
STANDARD: Deliveries made Monday to Friday; orders will be delivered within 3 to 5 working days from the date of purchase.
NEXT-DAY: Deliveries made Monday to Friday; orders must be placed by 2pm Monday to Thursday for delivery the following day. Orders placed on Friday will be delivered the following Tuesday.
**All delivery options are subject to items availability at the time of purchase. LEKOOD LTD reserve the right to ship some items within 5 to 10 working days from the date of purchase.
Shipping options to Scotland are determined by delivery area. We do not ship to Northern Ireland and the British Channel Islands. Please contact our Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
Please note that all perishable items are automatically shipped NEXT DAY (next business day) to ensure your product arrives in superb condition. All fresh and frozen food products are carefully packaged to maintain optimum quality. As needed, your order will be packed with dry ice or ice packs and placed in an insulated bag for shipment.
We guarantee delivery only to the address you provide. Shipments that you re-direct and shipments to incorrect or incomplete addresses cannot be guaranteed to deliver on time. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
LEKOOD and its carriers will not ship or deliver on the following days:
Christmas Day – Boxing Day – New Year’s Day – Good Friday – Easter Monday – and any other bank holidays.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
LEKOOD takes great pride in selecting the finest products available. If for some reason, you are not satisfied with your non-perishable purchase, you may return it for replacement, credit or refund. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of perishable items. We will accept non-perishable returns within 14 days of receipt. We cannot send a replacement, credit or refund for the purchase until we have the product back in inventory. If the product does not arrive in good condition to return to stock, then we will not be able to send a replacement, credit or refund for the purchase. Shipping charges are not refundable.
