Can I place an order without registering?

Can I amend my order?

If you wish to amend your order please contact us at hello@lekood.com as soon as possible and we will do our utmost to accommodate your request; please refer to our Terms & Conditions.

Can I place an order over the telephone?

For your protection and security, we don’t take orders or payments by telephone. But placing your Lekood order online is quick, easy and completely secure. Why not try it for yourself?

I haven’t received a confirmation email. How do I know if you have received my order?

When you place Lekood order online, confirmation emails are created automatically. They might sometimes get stuck in your spam filter or in your junk mail box; so please have a look there. If not, you can contact us at hello@lekood.com and we will be in touch with you as soon as possible.

What if the product I want is out of stock?

If there is a problem with the availability of an item, Lekood will endeavour to send you an e-mail or reach you by telephone to inform you. Should a substitute be available we will add this to your order subject your approval, however if we cannot contact you we will send the original order without the out of stock item. Feel free to contact us prior to placing an order to find out whether your wished for item is in stock.

Is there a minimum order?

No, you can buy as little, or as much, as you like!

How much does the delivery cost and which areas do you cover?

We offer free home standard delivery on orders of £120 and over. You’ll find full details, including delivery charges and areas covered on our Delivery and Returns page.

Can my order be delivered to a different address?

Yes. We know people like to buy our gourmet food as gifts for family and friends, so providing it’s within our delivery area, your order can be delivered to the address of your choice. When you reach the checkout, just tick the box "Ship to a different address" and fill in the form provided.

Do you offer times delivery options?

We shall notify you via email with a tracking code when your order has been shipped. This applies for UK next day deliveries only. All delivery times are a guidance and not a guarantee.

What happens if I miss my delivery?

If there’s no one available when the courier arrives to deliver your parcel, he/she will leave a note explaining how to arrange a redelivery or how to collect your item. For more details, please refer to our Terms & Conditions.

What if I receive the wrong/incorrect item?

Please contact us as soon as possible. We never substitute goods without your agreement, so mistakes like this will be very rare. We may ask you to email us a photograph of the item(s) received. We will either exchange these items without charge to you or refund you for the incorrect item.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will be notified with a tracking code. It will link to the courier website and will give you the latest updates about your order status.

How do I return my products?

Please be aware that, since all of our products are perishable, returns are only possible if the product is faulty or incorrect (i.e. not as ordered). For full details, please view our Terms & Conditions for information on how to return your products.

How long do I have to return my products?

Any returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your product. The product(s) must be returned in its correct condition i.e. unopened with original packaging. Please refer to our Delivery & Returns information for more details.

Can I return unwanted items?

At Lekood Ltd, we offer a discretionary “goodwill’ returns and refund policy but since all of our products are perishable items, returns are only possible if the product is faulty or incorrect (i.e. not as ordered). This doesn’t affect your statutory rights.

Can I cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us at hello@lekood.com. It is not always possible to prevent an order from being dispatched as we aim to dispatch them as soon as possible. If we receive notice in time we will cancel the order and credit your card. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions.

How long will it take to get a refund?

We will aim to refund you no later than 14 working days from the day we receive your items. Please allow an additional 3 days for your items to be delivered back to us. The refund will be made to the same card used to purchase the item.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments using Visa, MasterCard and American Express Debit and Credit cards. Products are all invoiced in GBP Sterling at the price when you place the order and do not include delivery charges unless otherwise stated. All prices shown include VAT which is charge at the current applicable rate. Please view our Terms & Conditions for further information on how you can pay for your order.
