This ‘Grand Cru’ ham is made from the native Porc Noir de Bigorre at the foothill of the central Pyrenean mountains. Cured for a minimum of 20 months to fully develop its flavours and aromas.  Tender, colourful and flavourful. Nothing expresses the ‘Saveurs des Pyrenees’ better.
