B Introduction and definition of terms
Welcome to www.lekood.com!
This web site is owned and operated by LEKOOD LTD (« we », « us », « our » or the « company »), a company registered in England under N° 08499282.
You place an order on the website by putting items in your shopping bag, clicking on ‘check out’ when you have finished, and entering your payment details (see 5: Payment). Please read and check your order carefully before submitting it. If you need to correct any errors you may do so before submitting the order to us, or after submission under the conditions detailed under 4a, below.
By submitting an order on this website, as our customer, you agree to the Terms and Conditions that appear below. These Terms and Conditions will apply to any purchase made on the lekood.com website. We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time and we recommend that you check prior to each order to ensure that you agree with them at the date of your order. If you place an order after we have published the changes on this website you will be bound by those changes.
B1.2 Definition of Terms
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of goods by us, Lekood Ltd, to you, the customer, by email and via our website at www.lekood.com, and will form the basis of any contract of sale between us. Please read them carefully and print a copy for future reference before placing your order, as you will be deemed to be bound by them.
B1.2.1 The Contract Between Us
Your orders are an offer to purchase goods from us. We will confirm receipt of your order by sending you an email summarising the details of your order (‘Order Confirmation Email’) or otherwise confirming your order back to you; this is the point at which we accept your order and the contract is formed (subject to these General Terms & Conditions). The contract is completed when the goods are delivered (also subject to these General Terms & Conditions).
B1.2.3 Your Account
You may register with us when purchasing items by means of our website. You can access and update your details using the ‘Your Account’ area of the website. Please ensure any details you provide us with are true, correct, complete and up to date, and inform us immediately of any changes to those details.
You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Your password is personal to you. You are responsible for keeping it secure and should take all necessary steps to ensure that the password is kept confidential. Please inform us immediately if you have any reason to believe that your password has become known to anyone else, or if the password is being, or is likely to be, used in an unauthorised manner.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts, remove or edit content or cancel orders at our discretion, but without charge to you.

C1.2 Amendments to orders

Provided the order has not already been submitted to our Distribution Centre we will try to amend it. We also reserve the right to cancel or amend your order before the goods are dispatched if the goods are no longer in stock (see C1.5 Substitution below).
C.1.3 Order Cancellation Prior to or After Despatch
Once placed, it may not be possible to prevent an order from despatch. Similarly, once despatched we are unable to stop delivery or cancel the order. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us by email or cancel online within two hours of placement of your order.

D Pricing and Payment
All payments for goods must be made when the order is placed. We will not reserve or despatch goods before payment is received. Ownership of the goods will pass to you once we have received payment in full.
D1.1 Payment must be made online by credit or debit card. Payment must cover the cost of all goods ordered and any alternative goods delivered, delivery charges, and the VAT where applicable. The total amount due will be shown on the invoice provided with your delivery and this amount prevails over any other, including the one given on our website the day you ordered.
We regret that we cannot accept cheques or cash, since all payments are made online. We cannot guarantee the security of data when communicating with Lekood Ltd via email. Please therefore do not send us payment information by email. Our website uses high-level SSL encryption technology, the most advanced security software currently available for online transactions. You can therefore rest assured that we take the privacy and security of your payment and personal details very seriously. You can tell whether a page is secure as ‘https’ will replace ‘http’ before www.lekood.com in your browser address window. A small locked padlock will also appear in the bottom bar of your browser window.
D1.3 Corporate orders: In addition to the payment methods mentioned above, payment by bank transfer can also be accepted for emailed corporate orders, but please note that the order will not be confirmed, nor items reserved, until payment is received, which can take three working days.
D2.1 Product prices
Products are invoiced in GBP sterling at the price at the time of your order. Prices displayed on the website include Value Added Tax, which will be applied at the current rate. Products might be subject to variation. If there is an error we will contact you as soon as possible. You will have the option of re-confirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to reach you, we are not obliged to honour such orders and your order for the incorrectly priced item will be cancelled.
There is no minimum order amount. At checkout, the customer will be able to choose the preferred delivery method, and costs will be applied accordingly. The delivery charge is an additional cost. Please refer to Clause E Delivery for full details.
D2.2 Repeat orders
If you repeat an order, the prices will be updated at the time that your new order is confirmed.
Promotions are offered for a limited period of time. Prices on such goods may increase when promotions are no longer being offered.
E1.1 Delivery services
We offer free home delivery for orders over £120 (standard delivery within 3-5 working days) to addresses within mainland UK only.
All deliveries must be to an address (which must be correct), not a named individual, and must be signed for. If a signed delivery at that address is not possible, a card will be left saying that delivery was attempted and stating where the items will be held, and the options available for collection or for delivery to be re-attempted. If the delivery subsequently still fails or the delivery is refused by the recipient (e.g. an unwanted gift) then the goods will be returned to our Distribution Centre and you will be contacted for instructions as to where the goods should be delivered.
If you order a number of items for delivery to the same address, they may be despatched separately; we cannot guarantee delivery on the same day unless specific day delivery is selected. We make every effort to despatch items on time. If the items are not delivered within the time period we specify in the Confirmation email, please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org quoting the order reference contained in your Order Confirmation email.
Delivery times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are limited to mainland UK, and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure (e.g. weather), for which we will not be responsible. Any new delivery charges incurred due to such errors will be passed on to the Customer.
E1.2 Delivery charges
All orders over £120 (excluding the delivery charge) will be delivered free of charge using our Standard UK delivery service, Tuesday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm.
- Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to the remotest areas of the UK including parts of Scotland (Aberdeenshire, Inverness), offshore islands, and very rural parts of the UK. For more detailed information see our Delivery page.

The product information we provide may differ from the information provided on the product you receive, so please refer to the information and warnings given by the manufacturer on the packaging prior to consumption.
We cannot be held responsible for typographical errors on this site, including but not limited to those regarding price. We reserve the right to make changes to our website including prices, products, ingredients, weights, sizes and terms & conditions without any notice being given. If you inform us of any inaccuracies on our website, we will endeavour to correct them as soon as we reasonably can.
The design of the packaging of products is subject to change without notice from the manufacturer and so may vary from the photographs given on our website. The portrayal of products on the site will also depend upon the characteristics and capabilities of your computer. Natural products will also vary. Please note that ‘special’ characters, clip art images, emoticons, etc. are not recognised. Please decide on your message before placing an order as an amendment after the order has been placed may not be possible.
The gift message will be placed in an enveloppe on the inside of the delivery or in a pouch on the inside lid of the packaging. Regrettably, we are unable to include personal enclosures with your gifts or offer a gift-wrapping service at this time.
